  1. Domestic letters and parcels service : Is a service for sending parcels and letters across Switzerland lands.
  2. International letters and parcels service : This service is for sending parcels and letters to any country outside Switzerland.
  3. Express mail service (EMS) : is a service for sending express mails but it's more expensive compared to other services.
  4. Registered mail service : is a service with proof of delivery.
  5. Bulk mailing of letters service : is a service for sending heavy packages or sending up to 10,000 items at once.

You can track Domestic and international parcels if it listed below :

My parcel arrived damaged. How do I report that?

if your parcel arrived damaged you have 8 days to report this to Swiss Post and they will create a report there and check whether you are entitled to compensation.

Please bring the package contents, Packaging, All available delivery documents (invoice, delivery note, etc.).
