FAN Courier International

FAN Courier International is FAN Courier's cross-border service site, focused on road delivery for e-commerce shipments in Europe. FAN Courier has its own operations in Romania, Moldova, Greece, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Hungary and Poland. Its international network reaches additional European destinations through partners, so a country appearing in a tariff or delivery network should not be read as proof that FAN Courier has its own local operation there.

For the verified operating markets, the service covers cross-border parcel movement and local delivery, with published international tariffs for envelopes and parcels and, on eligible lanes, options such as cash on delivery and return parcels. The international site also provides an AWB-based tracker, while FAN Courier's wider official service information covers European road transport, Moldova road shipments and international support.

If you are waiting for a parcel, the most useful item is the complete AWB or tracking number supplied by the sender. Use that number to follow the shipment rather than relying only on an order number from an online shop, because the carrier's tracking system is built around the AWB assigned to the shipment.

How to track FAN Courier International shipments

To check a shipment on 4Tracking, copy the complete tracking number from the sender, shipping confirmation or parcel documentation. Paste it into the tracking area on 4Tracking, submit the lookup, and review the shipment events that are available for that number. Events may show when shipment data was created, when the parcel was picked up, movements in transit and delivery when those scans have been supplied.

FAN Courier International also has an official tracker on fancourier.eu. That tracker asks for an AWB tracking number and can display a current status and shipment history when records are available. 4Tracking is a separate tracking service, so do not assume that a feature shown on the FAN Courier site, such as a particular status layout or account function, is also a 4Tracking feature.

If an AWB has just been created and no tracking result appears yet, FAN Courier explains that the number may not become visible in its system until the parcel has actually been handed to the courier and scanned. In that situation, confirm with the sender that the parcel has been collected before treating the absence of events as a delivery problem.

FAN Courier International tracking number formats

FAN Courier uses the term AWB for the shipment identifier used in tracking, but its public international information does not establish one common letter-and-number pattern, fixed prefix or fixed length for all FAN Courier International shipments. A single example from a tracking page is not enough to define a general format.

Copy the full identifier exactly as the sender provides it. Do not remove letters, leading characters or digits because they do not match a pattern found elsewhere. If the seller gives you several references, ask which one is the FAN Courier AWB or carrier tracking number; an online-store order number may not work in the carrier's tracking database.

FAN Courier International delivery times

Transit times depend on the lane and whether the shipment is moving as an export or import. FAN Courier's road-time information gives estimated business-day examples of 2–3 days for Bulgaria and Hungary, 3–5 days for Slovenia, and 4–7 days for Poland. These are road-transit estimates, not a universal promise for every shipment, address or service level.

The same road guidance says some destinations can require an additional 1–2 business days, including islands and outlying areas, and that import shipments may add 1–2 business days from collection to the listed road times. This is why two parcels moving between the same countries can have different end-to-end delivery dates even when both use road transport.

For the Romania–Moldova road service, FAN Courier gives an estimated transit time of 48–72 hours. The carrier specifically excludes the time spent in export and import customs clearance from that transit estimate. Moldova is outside the European Union, so non-document shipments require customs documentation, and a parcel can therefore remain in customs beyond the quoted road-transit window without that customs period being part of the 48–72 hours.

A current route-specific estimate is not published in the same road-time list for every verified operating market. For Greece, or for a shipment using a service that does not match the examples above, use the transit estimate supplied with the booking or ask the International Department before applying another country's timing to the parcel.

Contact FAN Courier International about shipment issues

For international shipment support, FAN Courier lists the International Department at international@fancourier.ro and the Romanian service number 021 9336. The current FAN Courier International tariff also lists sales@fancourier.eu for a consultant; that address is more appropriate for commercial or service questions than for a parcel that is already delayed.

If you have a selfAWB account, FAN Courier also provides a Customer Support ticketing route for shipment problems. For an existing parcel, prepare the AWB, sender and recipient countries, pickup date, latest visible tracking event and its date, and a concise description of the problem. If the shipment is to or from Moldova and the delay is customs-related, also check whether the sender or recipient has supplied the customs documents required for that shipment.

When the tracking number does not identify a shipment at all, contact the sender first to confirm that the AWB is correct and that the parcel has actually been handed over. When tracking exists but the parcel has exceeded the relevant route estimate, contact the International Department with the AWB so support can investigate the specific shipment rather than relying on a general delivery range.

Frequently asked questions about FAN Courier International package tracking issues

Why does my FAN Courier International AWB show no tracking result?

An AWB can be created before the parcel is physically handed to FAN Courier. The carrier says the shipment becomes visible after collection and scanning, so first confirm with the sender that pickup has taken place.

Why has my shipment had no new event during an international road journey?

Compare the latest event with the estimated transit time for the actual lane. Road transport can pass through periods between scans; if the parcel is beyond the relevant estimate, give the AWB and last-event date to the International Department for a shipment-specific check.

Does 48–72 hours to Moldova include customs clearance?

No. FAN Courier's Romania–Moldova road estimate excludes the time spent in export and import customs clearance, so customs processing can extend the total door-to-door time.

Can I tell whether a number is valid from its prefix or length?

There is no confirmed public format that applies to every FAN Courier International AWB. Use the complete number from the sender or shipping paperwork and avoid changing it to fit an assumed pattern.

Why can an import shipment take longer than the road-time table suggests?

FAN Courier's road guidance says import shipments may add 1–2 business days from collection to the listed transit times. Outlying or island destinations may also add 1–2 business days.

Does FAN Courier International operate directly in every country listed in its European tariffs?

No. Its verified own operating markets are Romania, Moldova, Greece, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Hungary and Poland. The company also uses a partner network for broader European coverage, so tariff availability alone does not establish a FAN-owned local operation.

What information should I include when reporting a delayed international parcel?

Provide the AWB, origin and destination countries, pickup date, latest tracking event and its timestamp, plus a short explanation of the issue. For customs-related Moldova shipments, include any relevant customs-document status if you have it.
