AIYA Tracking

Use your tracking number to track AIYA packages handled through China, Italy and Spain and view available events.

Track AIYA packages

AIYA

AIYA is an international freight forwarder headquartered in Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. Its verified operating presence includes China, Italy and Spain: the company identifies its headquarters in China and warehouses in Italy and Spain. Shipments may travel beyond those markets through international transport arrangements, but that does not establish an AIYA-operated facility in every destination country.

For shipments leaving China, AIYA offers cross-border DDU and DDP ocean freight, air freight and international express services. Its published services also include Amazon FBA first-leg transport, pickup in China, cargo handling and packing, labeling, warehousing, and door-delivery arrangements using sea, air or express transport. For a recipient checking a shipment, the useful reference is the tracking number attached to that movement rather than a store order number.

4Tracking is an independent universal package tracking website, not AIYA's official website. AIYA's public site does not provide a documented consumer tracking workflow or a standard glossary of tracking statuses, so use 4Tracking to view the shipment events available for the number you were given and contact the sender or carrier when the event history does not explain a problem.

How to track an AIYA shipment with 4Tracking

Copy the complete tracking number from the seller's dispatch message, shipping confirmation, invoice or freight paperwork. Enter it in the tracking field on 4Tracking and submit the tracking request. When data is available for that identifier, review the shipment events in sequence, including recorded dates, locations or handling milestones when those details are supplied.

If no information appears, compare the number with the original source character by character. Freight documents can contain several references, including an order number, booking reference and shipment identifier, and they are not necessarily interchangeable. Ask the sender which reference is intended for package tracking if the paperwork is unclear.

A newly issued number can also have little or no event history before the shipment reaches a recorded handling stage. If the number remains unrecognized, or the last event is much older than the delivery estimate supplied for the booking, keep the number and last event date ready and ask the sender or AIYA to check the shipment. 4Tracking can show available tracking events, but it should not be read as an unreported live location.

AIYA tracking number formats

AIYA does not publish a common tracking-number specification that can be safely applied across all of its services. There is no confirmed universal length, prefix, suffix or letter-and-number pattern for readers to use as a validity test.

Use the complete identifier exactly as provided by the sender or shown on the shipping paperwork. Do not remove characters, add a guessed prefix or reshape the number to resemble a familiar courier format. If several references appear on the document, ask the shipper to identify the tracking number used for the transport leg you are trying to follow.

AIYA delivery times and supported examples

AIYA does not publish one door-to-door delivery time that applies to all shipments involving China, Italy and Spain. Transit depends on the service booked, transport mode, origin handling, route, customs processing and final delivery arrangement. An estimate for air or express transport should not be reused for an ocean shipment, and a warehouse preparation period should not be treated as total journey time.

A published AIYA example is available for the European TEMU Y2 model. For that service, the preparation or stocking period is 8–12 working days, while final-mile transport follows the applicable freight-template timing. AIYA also lists Italy and Spain among the overseas-warehouse services associated with the Y2 offer. The 8–12 working-day figure therefore applies to that preparation stage and is not a general promise that every AIYA package will reach Italy or Spain within the same period.

Customs clearance is separate from total transit time. A shipment can clear customs and still require warehouse handling, transfer to another transport stage or final delivery. AIYA does not publish one standard customs-clearance duration for every route. If the latest event appears to relate to import processing and no further movement is shown, contact the sender or carrier with the tracking number to check whether documents or shipment-specific action are required.

For the most useful estimate, use the timing attached to the actual booking. If a seller gives an arrival date, ask whether it means arrival in the destination country, arrival at a warehouse, or delivery to the recipient. That distinction matters for freight and overseas-warehouse movements because additional handling can occur after the international leg.

How to contact AIYA about shipment issues

AIYA lists the telephone number 13777855549 and gives its headquarters address as 1st Floor, No. 316 Shenzhou Road, Houzhai Subdistrict, Yiwu, Zhejiang, China. The company confirms warehouses in Italy and Spain, but its public company information does not provide separate verified customer-service telephone numbers or email addresses for those two warehouse locations.

If a shipment is already in Italy or Spain and the paperwork does not name a local contact, use the central AIYA telephone number or ask the sender to provide the warehouse, agent or delivery contact assigned to the booking. The sender may have booking information that is not shown in recipient-facing tracking events.

Before contacting support, prepare the complete tracking number, the sender or seller name, origin and destination, and the latest tracking event with its date. Keep the order or booking reference available as supporting information, and have shipping or commercial paperwork ready if the issue involves customs.

Frequently asked questions about AIYA package tracking issues

Why does my AIYA tracking number show no shipment events?

Check that you entered the complete shipment tracking number rather than an order or booking reference. If it is correct, ask the sender whether the shipment has reached a recorded transport stage or whether another number was issued for the leg you need to follow.

How can I check whether an AIYA tracking number has the right format?

There is no confirmed universal AIYA tracking-number pattern to use as a format test. Copy the full identifier from the sender or shipping paperwork without adding, removing or rearranging characters.

Why has my shipment stopped showing new tracking events?

A gap in events does not identify the cause by itself. Note the last event and date, compare them with the estimate for the booked service, and contact the sender or AIYA if the shipment appears overdue.

Does 8–12 working days mean my package will be delivered in that time?

No. That published period refers to preparation or stocking for the European TEMU Y2 arrangement, while final-mile timing is handled separately. It should not be applied to unrelated ocean, air, express or FBA shipments.

What should I do if tracking appears to stop during customs processing?

Keep the tracking number and shipment documents ready and ask the sender or carrier whether additional information is needed. Customs is only one stage of the journey, so clearing it does not by itself establish the final delivery date.

Can I use my store order number on 4Tracking?

Use the shipment tracking number when one has been provided. An order number identifies the purchase and may not identify the transport record unless the sender confirms that the same number is used for tracking.

Who should I contact about a delayed shipment in Italy or Spain?

Check the shipping documents for a local handling contact first. If none is listed, use AIYA's central telephone number or ask the sender for the local warehouse or delivery contact assigned to the shipment.
