TracX Logis

TracX Logis is an e-commerce logistics and technology company formerly known as Qxpress. The company adopted the TracX Logis name in November 2024 while continuing its existing logistics services. Its network is built around cross-border e-commerce delivery, fulfillment, warehousing and freight solutions supported by the SmartShip logistics platform.

TracX Logis operates logistics businesses and facilities across markets including South Korea, Singapore, Japan, China, Taiwan, Malaysia, India, Indonesia and the United States. Its official network information describes domestic delivery operations in key countries including South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia and India, while other markets contain TracX Logis branches, distribution centers, warehouses or local logistics operations. The company also connects shipments to a wider partner network covering more than 76 countries.

Its main services include SmartShip for B2C and D2C cross-border e-commerce logistics, SmartFulfillment for storage, picking, packing and dispatch, SmartWarehouse for inventory and warehouse management, and SmartCargo for B2B air, ocean and inland forwarding. SmartPost provides international parcel services for individuals and small-volume shippers, including doorstep pickup and delivery Tracking through the web or mobile app.

Technology is central to the service. SmartShip can collect orders from connected marketplaces, generate shipping labels, assign carriers, manage pickup and warehouse processing and follow packages through domestic or international delivery. TracX Logis also offers customs-related services, local return solutions and API connections that allow businesses to integrate shipment creation and package tracking into their own systems.

How TracX Logis shipment tracking works

To Track a TracX Logis package with 4Tracking, enter the shipment tracking number in the tracking field. Select TracX Logis if a carrier button is displayed, or allow 4Tracking's automatic carrier detection to identify the shipment. Press the Track button and you will be redirected to the results page, where the available package tracking events and latest delivery status are displayed.

TracX Logis also provides its own online Tracking service. SmartShip records shipment progress from order registration and label creation through pickup, warehouse processing, outbound transportation and delivery. The company's SmartFulfillment documentation states that customers can follow every stage through SmartShip, while registered users can also receive notifications when parcel statuses change.

Official SmartShip materials use terms such as Tracking No. and waybill. When an order is prepared, a waybill is printed and attached to the parcel, and the shipment's Tracking number is then used to retrieve its logistics history. Cross-border shipments may later be handled by local delivery partners, so additional carrier information can appear during the final delivery stage.

TracX Logis tracking number formats

TracX Logis does not publish a universal public specification stating that every Tracking number must have a particular number of digits, letters or prefix. Its official API documentation refers to a Tracking No., while SmartShip documentation describes printing and attaching a waybill to each parcel.

Because no fixed format is officially documented, enter the complete tracking number exactly as it appears on your TracX Logis waybill, marketplace shipping information or seller notification. Do not remove characters or add an assumed prefix simply to make the identifier resemble another TracX Logis shipment.

SmartShip can also contain a seller's own reference number, but that reference is not necessarily the same as the carrier Tracking number. If an order reference does not produce a package tracking result, look for the separate Tracking No. or waybill information supplied after the shipment was created.

TracX Logis delivery times and supported examples

TracX Logis does not publish one delivery time that applies to every domestic and international shipment. Transit depends on the origin, destination, selected product, customs procedures, transportation schedule and whether a local delivery partner is used. Customers should therefore use the estimate provided for their particular SmartShip service together with current Tracking events.

A current supported example is KanDash, the Qoo10 Japan delivery-guarantee service operated with TracX Logis. For eligible products sent from South Korea to Japan, TracX Logis states that qualifying orders placed before 14:00 are shipped the following day and delivery is completed within 5 days after payment, subject to the service conditions and stated holiday exclusions.

KanDash also provides a domestic Japan example. For qualifying products already positioned for domestic Japanese fulfillment, TracX Logis states that delivery is completed within 3 days. These KanDash commitments apply to that specific program and should not be treated as general transit times for every TracX Logis package.

International freight and standard cross-border parcels can take different amounts of time. Air schedules, ocean or road transportation, customs clearance, local holidays and last-mile conditions can all affect the delivery date. TracX Logis regularly publishes operational notices when holidays or transport disruptions are expected to cause delays, so the latest Tracking information remains the best indicator of actual progress.

The official customer-support page also provides an online inquiry option for SmartShip usage, delivery status and other service questions. When contacting support, include the Tracking number, sender or marketplace, destination country and latest shipment event so the regional team can identify the package more quickly.

If you purchased the goods through an online marketplace, contacting the seller can also be useful. The merchant normally has access to the SmartShip order, original waybill and service details and may be able to raise an inquiry directly with TracX Logis.

Frequently asked questions about TracX Logis package tracking issues

How do I Track a TracX Logis package?

Enter the shipment's Tracking number on 4Tracking, select TracX Logis if necessary and press the Track button. The results page will display the latest available package tracking events and shipment status.

What does a TracX Logis tracking number look like?

TracX Logis does not publish one mandatory tracking-number format. Its official systems refer to a Tracking No. and a shipment waybill, but no universal length or prefix is specified. Use the complete number printed on your shipping information.

What is a TracX Logis waybill?

The waybill is the shipment document generated for the parcel and attached before dispatch. It contains information required for transportation. SmartShip documentation distinguishes the shipping waybill from other seller references used when creating an order.

Why is my TracX Logis tracking number not working?

Check that you entered the Tracking number rather than only the marketplace order number or seller reference. Also verify every character carefully. A newly registered order may not show meaningful Tracking until pickup or the first logistics scan has occurred.

Why has my TracX Logis Tracking stopped updating?

The package may be moving internationally, waiting for customs clearance, traveling between logistics facilities or being transferred to a destination delivery provider. If the shipment remains unchanged beyond the expected period, contact the appropriate regional TracX Logis support team with the Tracking number.

How long does TracX Logis delivery take?

There is no universal transit time for every service. One official current example is KanDash, which promises delivery within 5 days after payment for qualifying South Korea-to-Japan orders and within 3 days for qualifying domestic Japan deliveries. Other services and routes have their own schedules.

Does TracX Logis operate its own domestic delivery services?

TracX Logis officially states that it operates in-house domestic delivery services in key countries including South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia and India. It also maintains branches, logistics centers or support operations in markets such as China, Taiwan, Indonesia and the United States and uses partners where appropriate.

Can I receive TracX Logis Tracking notifications?

Yes. TracX Logis states that registered users can check parcel delivery status and receive notifications when shipment statuses change through its SmartShip services and supported mobile functions.

Does TracX Logis handle international shipments?

Yes. SmartShip provides cross-border e-commerce delivery, SmartPost supports international parcels for individuals and small shippers, and SmartCargo covers B2B air, ocean and inland freight. The wider TracX Logis network connects shipments across more than 76 countries through company operations and logistics partners.

What should I do if my TracX Logis package is delayed?

Review the latest package tracking event and any operational notices affecting the route. If the expected delivery period has passed without progress, contact the regional TracX Logis support team or ask the seller to open an inquiry using the SmartShip order and Tracking number.

How do I contact TracX Logis about a missing shipment?

Use the regional email, telephone number or online customer-support inquiry provided by TracX Logis. Include the Tracking number, destination and latest status. For marketplace orders, you can also contact the seller because they may have direct access to the shipment booking and waybill details.
