Track Stone3PL packages

Stone3PL

Stone3PL is a cross-border third-party logistics provider and freight forwarder serving e-commerce sellers, brands and other businesses that need warehousing, order fulfillment and international transportation. The company is part of Stone Group and operates from a Shenzhen headquarters, combining its own logistics platform with partner carriers, warehouses, airlines and ports.

Its services cover e-commerce logistics, international express, small parcels, special-line shipping, air-plus-land and sea-plus-land transport, multimodal and FBA movements, port-to-port freight and global warehousing. Stone3PL also provides value-added fulfillment services such as inventory handling, order processing, labeling, packaging and return or resend support for cross-border sellers.

Stone3PL's shipping-rate system lists dispatch warehouses in Shenzhen and Yiwu in China, Toronto in Canada, London in the United Kingdom, Los Angeles in the United States, Slubice in Poland, Melbourne in Australia and Frankfurt in Germany. These locations make the service useful both for shipments leaving China and for inventory already positioned closer to customers in major overseas markets.

For package tracking, Stone3PL combines its own order visibility with last-mile carrier information. Its official Tracking page supports providers such as DHL Express, UPS, FedEx, USPS, Aramex, S.F. International, China Post, China EMS, STO Express, TNT and STONELINE, which is important because a shipment may receive a different last-mile tracking number after handover in the destination country.

How Stone3PL shipment tracking works

To Track a Stone3PL package on 4Tracking, enter the tracking number in the tracking field. 4Tracking can automatically detect the carrier when the number is recognized; select Stone3PL if needed, press the Track button, and you will be redirected to the results page where the latest available shipment events are shown.

Tracking may show the Stone3PL order number, the destination country, the latest event and, when available, a last-mile tracking number. Because Stone3PL works with multiple delivery partners, the package tracking history can include events from more than one logistics network as the shipment moves from international transport to local delivery.

Stone3PL's own tracking page accepts up to 40 numbers at a time, one per line. If 4Tracking initially shows only limited information, try the number again after the shipment has been physically handed to the carrier, because newly created labels or orders may not produce tracking events immediately.

Stone3PL tracking number formats

Stone3PL does not publish one complete public list covering every tracking-number format used across all of its services and partner carriers. Official Stone3PL tracking pages do, however, show Stone3PL order-number examples consisting of the letter S followed by 18 digits, such as S852279116355301417 and S778803524619926686.

Do not assume that every Stone3PL shipment must use that pattern. A package can also have a last-mile tracking number issued by DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, China Post or another partner, and those formats follow the rules of the final carrier. If you have both a Stone3PL order number and a separate local-carrier number, keep both because one may provide better Tracking detail during a particular stage of delivery.

Stone3PL delivery times and examples

Stone3PL does not publish a single delivery-time promise that applies to every route. Transit depends on the origin warehouse, destination, service level, customs clearance, transport mode and last-mile carrier. Air or priority services are generally intended for faster movements, while sea-plus-land services are designed for larger shipments where lower cost can be more important than speed.

Stone3PL's own published guidance gives useful examples rather than a universal guarantee: it describes priority international shipping as typically taking about 2–5 days worldwide, and it says fulfillment from strategically located regional warehouses can reach major markets in about 2–3 days through carriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS. These examples should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery time for every Stone3PL package.

For a shipment moving from China to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Poland, Australia or Germany, allow extra time when the parcel must first travel internationally and clear customs. A package already stocked in a Stone3PL warehouse in Los Angeles, Toronto, London, Slubice, Melbourne or Frankfurt may have a shorter final-delivery journey because the inventory is already closer to the recipient.

How to contact Stone3PL about shipment issues

If Tracking has stopped updating, first verify that you entered the correct Stone3PL order number or last-mile tracking number. For marketplace or online-store purchases, contacting the seller or sender is often the most effective first step because they created the shipment and can confirm the booked service, check internal order details and open a logistics inquiry when necessary.

Stone3PL also provides a Contact Us page on its official website. The company lists its Shenzhen headquarters and the contact phone number +86 0755-81466633, together with a marketing email address on the current contact page. When contacting support, provide the Stone3PL order number, any last-mile tracking number, destination country, recipient details requested for verification and a clear description of the missing or delayed tracking event.

Frequently asked questions about Stone3PL package tracking issues

Why is my Stone3PL tracking number not showing any results?

The shipment may have been created before the first physical scan, or the number may belong to a partner carrier that has not yet received the package. Check the number for typing errors and try Tracking again after the first handover scan.

Why did my Stone3PL package receive another tracking number?

Stone3PL uses partner couriers for international and last-mile delivery. A shipment can therefore have a Stone3PL order number and a separate local-carrier tracking number. The second number may become the more useful one after the parcel enters the destination country's delivery network.

My Stone3PL tracking has not updated for several days. Is the package lost?

Not necessarily. International shipments can go through line-haul transport, customs processing or partner handovers without frequent public scans. If the lack of updates continues beyond the expected service window, contact the seller or Stone3PL with both the order number and any last-mile number.

Can I Track several Stone3PL packages at once?

Yes. Stone3PL's official tracker accepts up to 40 numbers, one per line. On 4Tracking, you can also use package tracking to follow supported shipments and compare the latest available events without switching between multiple carrier websites.

Why does 4Tracking show a last-mile carrier for my Stone3PL shipment?

This usually means Stone3PL has handed the package to another courier for the final delivery stage. Continue checking both numbers when available, because the local carrier may publish more detailed scans once it takes possession of the shipment.

How long should a Stone3PL package take to arrive?

There is no single delivery time for every Stone3PL service. Published examples mention roughly 2–5 days for priority international shipping and about 2–3 days for some regional-warehouse fulfillment to major markets, but cross-border freight, customs and sea-based services can take longer. Use the Tracking history and the service booked by the sender for the most relevant estimate.
