Track Dexpress packages

Dexpress

Dexpress is an express courier and postal operator with its own delivery network across Serbia. Its services include same-day and next-day delivery, parcel shops, D Paketomat lockers and additional options for registered shipments. Dexpress also arranges international transport from Serbia, including road and air services, with international partners involved where necessary; those overseas destinations are service routes rather than additional Dexpress operating markets.

For recipients checking a parcel, Dexpress records registered shipments under a barcode-based shipment code and provides an official tracking page with status history. Delivery choices vary by service: parcels can be delivered to an address, while eligible shipments can also use parcel shops or D Paketomat lockers. International shipments may include customs processing and partner handling, so their tracking and timing can differ from domestic delivery within Serbia.

How to track Dexpress shipments with 4Tracking

Copy the complete Dexpress shipment code from the sender, merchant, shipping notice or parcel documentation. Enter the number in the tracking field on 4Tracking and start the lookup. When data is available, review the shipment events in sequence, including the date and time of each recorded status. The latest event can show whether the parcel is awaiting collection from the sender, has been collected, is assigned for delivery or has reached another recorded stage.

Dexpress also operates its own tracking page. Its official tracker asks for the shipment code and can display the current status together with a history of status changes. That carrier page may also provide information such as the relevant regional centre. These are features of the Dexpress tracking system and should not be treated as interface features promised by 4Tracking. If 4Tracking does not return useful information, compare the number with the official Dexpress tracker before reporting a problem.

A lack of a new event does not by itself show that a package is lost. Tracking changes depend on recorded handling and delivery events. If the expected service window has passed without a useful update, keep the latest status and its timestamp available when you contact the carrier, because Dexpress customer service can provide information about shipment status by telephone.

Dexpress tracking-number formats

Dexpress publishes a defined format for its shipment code in its customer-service information: the code consists of two letters followed by ten digits. This code identifies the shipment for tracking and is also required when submitting a complaint by email.

Enter all characters exactly as supplied and do not remove leading zeroes. If a number does not match the documented format or produces no record, check that you have copied the Dexpress shipment code rather than a merchant order number, invoice reference or another carrier's identifier. Ask the sender to confirm the barcode or shipment code if necessary.

Dexpress delivery times in Serbia and for international services

Delivery estimates depend on the selected service. For the domestic Dan za dan same-day service, Dexpress currently limits the service to the city zones of Belgrade and Novi Sad, excluding surrounding places. Requests are made through the call centre between 08:00 and 12:00; the dedicated service page states that the courier collects the parcel within a maximum of one hour after the call and delivery is carried out between 16:00 and 21:00 on the same day.

For the Danas za sutra next-day service, Dexpress states that the courier can collect the shipment on the same day up to 17:00 and that delivery is expected within 24 hours or on the following day. These timeframes apply to the specified domestic service rather than every Dexpress package. Contracted customers and shipments with special arrangements can have different agreed delivery periods.

Parcel-shop delivery has its own timing information. Dexpress states that shipments accepted through a Dexpress parcel shop can be delivered from the first day after acceptance. For D Paketomat shipments, the important recipient deadline is different from transit time: once a parcel is physically placed in the selected locker, the normal collection period is two working days. The recipient receives a message with the code needed to open the locker.

International transit times must be read separately from domestic estimates. Dexpress lists 4–8 working days for its road service to European destinations and 2–5 working days for its air service to international destinations. The carrier explicitly excludes time spent in customs from those transit ranges. Customs clearance can therefore extend the total journey, and a 2–5 or 4–8 working-day transport estimate should not be interpreted as a guaranteed door-to-door time when customs processing is required.

How to contact Dexpress about shipment issues

For shipment-status questions in Serbia, call Dexpress at +381 11 331 33 33. The call centre operates Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, and the carrier states that callers can obtain information related to shipment statuses by following the automated telephone instructions. The general contact email is office@dexpress.rs, and the website also provides a contact form.

Complaints about a shipment can be sent to reklamacije@dexpress.rs. Include the Dexpress shipment code and a clear description of the problem. For damage reports, the carrier also lists ostecenja@dexpress.rs and instructs customers to include the shipment code plus photographs showing the damaged packaging while the parcel is still packed and the damaged contents. Dexpress states that damage or loss of contents should be reported promptly under its published complaint procedure, so do not delay contacting the carrier when damage is discovered.

For international-service questions, Dexpress lists +381 11 331 33 40 and international@dexpress.rs. Prepare the shipment code, sender and recipient details, origin and destination, the latest tracking event and any information about customs or a delivery partner. If the package appears to be waiting for customs clearance, ask whether documentation or another action is required rather than treating the normal international transit range as a customs deadline.

Frequently asked questions about Dexpress package tracking issues

Why does my Dexpress tracking number show no shipment?

Check that you entered the complete shipment code and not the shop's order number. If the official Dexpress tracker also has no record, ask the sender to confirm the barcode or shipment code before contacting customer service.

What does a Dexpress tracking number look like?

Dexpress states that its shipment code consists of two letters followed by ten digits. Copy the full code exactly, including any zeroes at the start of the numeric part.

What should I do if tracking has not changed and delivery is late?

Compare the latest event with the timeframe for the service actually used. If that window has passed, call +381 11 331 33 33 with the shipment code and the date and time of the latest recorded status.

What happens if nobody is at the address when Dexpress tries to deliver?

Dexpress states that it makes two delivery attempts. After the first unsuccessful attempt, the recipient may receive a notice or SMS containing contact information for arranging the next delivery or further handling of the parcel.

How long do I have to collect a package from a D Paketomat?

The normal collection period is two working days from the time Dexpress places the parcel in the locker. A message is sent when the package is physically available and includes the PIN required for collection.

Why is my international Dexpress shipment taking longer than 4–8 working days?

The 4–8 working-day figure applies to the carrier's European road transit and excludes time spent in customs. Customs processing or other route-specific handling can therefore make the total delivery time longer.

What should I send Dexpress if my package arrived damaged?

Include the shipment code and photographs of the damaged outer packaging and damaged contents when reporting the issue. Dexpress lists ostecenja@dexpress.rs for damage reports and reklamacije@dexpress.rs for shipment complaints.

Can I use a domestic Dexpress delivery estimate for an international package?

No. Same-day and next-day estimates apply to specified services within Serbia, while international road and air services have separate transit ranges and can also be affected by customs clearance.
