Track Yingtu packages

Yingtu

Yingtu is a cross-border shipping and logistics provider serving e-commerce shipments, with verified own-operation markets in China and the United States. Its services include the YT U.S. small-parcel line, U.S. overseas-warehouse services, international express and freight services, as well as routes from China to other destinations through postal and delivery partners.

For parcels moving from China to the United States, Yingtu's YT U.S. small-parcel service uses first-leg air transport from mainland China or Hong Kong to U.S. gateways including LAX, ORD and JFK, followed by final-mile delivery through USPS. Yingtu also offers a European small-parcel route, but European destinations served through partner postal networks should be treated as service destinations rather than additional Yingtu operating markets.

Tracking can involve Yingtu references and, on some services, a reference belonging to a delivery partner. The U.S. small-parcel service specifically mentions 17 tracking numbers, E速宝 numbers and USPS numbers. This matters when checking a shipment because a reference used during the international stage may not be the same identifier used for final delivery.

How to track Yingtu shipments with 4Tracking

Copy the complete tracking number provided by the sender, online store or shipping paperwork. Enter it in the tracking field on 4Tracking and start the lookup. When shipment information is available, read the recorded events in order and pay particular attention to the latest event, its date and any location or handling details shown. These events can help indicate whether the parcel is still being processed in China, moving internationally, waiting for a partner handoff or progressing through final delivery.

Yingtu announced support for shipment tracking through 17TRACK in April 2025. Its notice says customers can select Yingtu as the carrier there, while Yingtu-specific 17 tracking numbers can be recognized by that platform. That is a carrier-supported tracking option separate from 4Tracking. Do not assume that carrier-selection, automatic recognition or other 17TRACK features are also available on 4Tracking; use the shipment events that 4Tracking actually returns for the number you enter.

If 4Tracking shows no useful result, compare the number with the original shipping confirmation before trying another reference. For a U.S. small-parcel shipment, the sender may have an Yingtu-related number or a USPS reference for the final-mile stage. Ask the sender which number belongs to the shipment if you have only an order number, invoice number or another commercial reference.

Yingtu tracking-number formats

Yingtu does not publish one universal tracking-number length, prefix or letter-and-digit pattern for all of its services. The U.S. small-parcel page identifies several types of tracking references, including 17 numbers, E速宝 numbers and USPS numbers, but it does not define a common character format that applies to every Yingtu shipment.

Use the full tracking reference exactly as provided by the sender or shown on the shipping paperwork. Do not remove leading zeroes, add characters or modify a number to resemble another package. If several references were provided, keep them all: a partner reference such as a USPS number may become particularly useful after the parcel enters the final-delivery network.

Yingtu delivery times and service examples

For the YT U.S. small-parcel service, Yingtu publishes a reference transit time of 8–20 calendar days. The service uses air transport from mainland China or Hong Kong to U.S. gateways and then hands parcels to USPS for final delivery. This is a service estimate rather than a guarantee for every shipment, so the actual arrival time can vary with the route, handling, customs processing and final-mile conditions.

The published delivery area for this U.S. service covers the U.S. mainland but excludes Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam and certain remote ZIP codes. The service information also excludes PO boxes and APO military addresses. If a shipment was booked for an address outside the supported delivery area, contact the sender or Yingtu rather than relying on the normal 8–20-day estimate.

Yingtu's European small-parcel service provides another supported example. It lists a reference transit time of 7–20 calendar days and serves 27 European countries, with first-leg air transport from mainland China or Hong Kong to Germany or the Netherlands. Final delivery can be handled by partners such as DHL in Germany, PostNL, La Poste, CTT or Poste Italiane depending on the destination. These European routes show the importance of separating the Yingtu transport stage from partner delivery in the destination country.

Customs clearance should be considered separately from the published transit range. Yingtu's service information distinguishes shipments before and after customs clearance, but it does not publish a fixed customs-processing time that can be added to every route. If tracking appears to stop around import processing, check whether documents, duties or another clearance step are outstanding before treating the normal service estimate as a guaranteed door-to-door deadline.

How to contact Yingtu about shipment issues

Yingtu's official contact page lists 13925055170 as its contact telephone number and identifies Mr. Ma as the contact person. It also lists QQ 862767696. The published office address is Room 205, No. 26 Dapengling, Helong Street, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, China. The website also provides a feedback form for written enquiries.

The public contact page does not list a dedicated U.S. support telephone number or a general customer-service email address. For an Yingtu-specific tracking problem, use the published China contact number, QQ contact or website feedback form. If the shipment has already been handed to USPS and you have a USPS tracking number, that partner reference can also help you check the final-delivery stage.

Before contacting support, prepare the complete tracking number or numbers, sender and recipient names, origin and destination, shipment date, service name if known and the latest tracking event. For a U.S. small-parcel shipment, include the USPS reference if one has been issued. If the issue may involve customs or a delivery-address problem, mention that separately so support can distinguish an international transport issue from final-mile delivery.

Frequently asked questions about Yingtu package tracking issues

Why does my Yingtu tracking number show no result?

Check that you entered the shipment tracking number rather than an order or invoice reference. Compare it with the sender's shipping confirmation and ask the sender to verify the correct Yingtu or partner tracking number if no events appear.

What format should an Yingtu tracking number have?

Yingtu does not publish one universal tracking-number format. Its U.S. small-parcel service can use 17, E速宝 and USPS references, so copy the complete identifier exactly as supplied rather than trying to match a fixed pattern.

Why do I have an Yingtu-related number and a USPS number?

The YT U.S. small-parcel service uses Yingtu for the international stage and USPS for final delivery. Keep both references if they were provided, because the USPS number may become more useful after the parcel enters the U.S. delivery network.

How long does an Yingtu package to the United States take?

Yingtu lists 8–20 calendar days as the reference transit time for its YT U.S. small-parcel service. Treat that as an estimate for the specified service, not a guarantee for every shipment or address.

Why has my package stopped updating after arriving in the United States?

The parcel may be between international handling and the USPS final-mile stage, or waiting for another recorded event. If you have a USPS tracking number, check that reference as well and contact Yingtu if the expected service window has passed without useful progress.

Can customs make my Yingtu shipment arrive later?

Yes. Customs processing is separate from the carrier's published transit estimates, and Yingtu does not publish one fixed clearance time for all shipments. If tracking appears to pause around customs, check whether documents, duties or another clearance action are required.

Does Yingtu deliver to every U.S. address?

No. The published YT U.S. small-parcel service excludes Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, certain remote ZIP codes, PO boxes and APO military addresses. If the destination falls into one of these categories, ask the sender or Yingtu what delivery arrangement applies.

Who should I contact if my Yingtu shipment is delayed?

Use Yingtu's published contact number 13925055170, QQ 862767696 or the feedback form on its official website. Have your tracking number, route, shipment date and latest tracking event ready so the shipment can be identified.
